Summary
Join Deel Local Payroll, a leading cloud-native payroll platform, as a Senior Marketing Manager to drive lead generation and pipeline growth in Africa, the UK, and Brazil. You will manage marketing channels, develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, and optimize marketing efforts to drive SQOs. Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create high-impact campaigns. Success requires expertise in performance marketing, digital marketing, and attribution modeling. This role involves managing marketing budgets, tracking performance, and providing regular reporting. You will also contribute to product marketing and sales enablement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, payroll, or fintech
- Strong expertise in paid media, digital marketing, attribution modeling, reporting, and multi-channel campaign management
- Ability to analyze data, optimize marketing spend, and drive ROI-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and
Responsibilities
- Lead generation
- Own and manage marketing channels that drive MQLs generation and conversion, working with a paid media specialist (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, content, email marketing, and partnerships
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies tailored to Africa, the UK, and Brazil, ensuring localization and market relevance
- Own and optimize performance marketing budgets by managing spend across paid channels for maximum ROI. Continuously assess performance in conjunction with the paid media specialist, with quarterly reviews to identify what’s working, adjust budgets, and refine funnel focus for sustained growth
- Utilize data and attribution modeling to track performance in Zoho CRM, identify trends, and refine campaigns
- Campaign strategy & execution
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with SQO targets and revenue goals (all tracked in Zoho)
- Work with cross-functional teams at DLP (compliance, support, product and sales) to conceptualize and implement campaigns that increase brand awareness, retention, and engagement eg Outsourcing, Strategic Business Partners
- Develop localized messaging and creative strategies for each market
- Manage A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates
- Measurement & optimization
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation
- Ensure reporting dashboard in Zoho changes are accurately briefed into technical team at Deel Software Solutions
- Provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness and insights to both management and regional sales teams
- Leverage insights from performance marketing campaigns to generate high-engagement reports, enabling regional sales teams to prioritize and personalize outreach in an ABM-driven approach
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g.Zoho) to track lead progression and attribution
- Occasionally implement tracking updates, ensuring conversion actions are accurately set up across various platforms before being briefed into the web team for seamless attribution and performance measurement
- Product marketing and sales enablement
- Maintain and update regional battlecards based on competitive insights and sales feedback
- Address incoming sales requests for new battlecards or competitive insights
- Create and update sales enablement materials, ensuring the team has the latest positioning, messaging, and objection-handling resources
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regional marketing across Africa, the UK, and Brazil is a plus
