Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM, workflows, and automation
• Deep expertise in HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, including workflows, reporting, email marketing, and CRM optimization
• Strong understanding of data segmentation, lead nurturing, and reporting
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Office 365
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams
• Strong project coordination and task management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all aspects of HubSpot, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs
• Execute projects such as building reports, creating landing pages from templates, and optimizing existing HubSpot components
• Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows and automation processes to enhance efficiency and improve user experience
• Design and implement email sequences, campaign automations, and drip marketing to improve engagement and conversions
• Ensure data cleanliness, segmentation, and accuracy within HubSpot
• Work closely with the development team and key business stakeholders to improve integration between HubSpot and other platforms
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve HubSpot-related issues while implementing best practices
• Work with Google Workspace and Office 365 to ensure seamless connectivity across tools
