Human Resource Trainee

Summary

The job is for a Human Resources Trainee at Portonics, a global tech company. The trainee will assist the HR team with various tasks such as data analysis, recruitment, and event organization. The ideal candidate should have BBA/MBA with a concentration in Human Resources or a technical background, proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and good IT skills.

Requirements

• BBA/MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from a reputed university. Applicants with a technical background who want to pursue a trainee program are also welcome
• 0-2 years of working experience
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good IT skills and familiarity with HR management systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing HR data and developing reports
• Support in preparing HR-related presentations
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help maintain team member records as per company standards
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in organizing company events and training sessions
• Follow up on team member inquiries and assist with HR communications
• Carry out responsibilities as assigned by team leads and department heads

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HR software is an advantage
