Join our team as a Talent Management intern and support the implementation of human resource strategy, assist with operational and administrative tasks, and collaborate with other People & Culture teams.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from any major, preferably from Industrial Engineering or Psychology
- Passionate in organizational development and talent management matters
- Attention to detail and familiarity with data processing tools (Excel, Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Possess can-do attitude and growth mindset
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Able to work both individually and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Assist operational and administrative support for Talent Management and Organization Development activities
- Support administrative tasks for Employee Assistance Program
- Helps administrative tasks and journey for Management Trainee programs
- Manage data and leverage analytics to measure impact of talent actions
- Involve in related TM projects and collaborate with other People & Culture teams to explore and identify potential improvement
- Involve in employee assessment and data processing
Preferred Qualifications
Nice to have exposure in project management
