Summary
Join BlaBlaCar's People team as an HRBP for General & Administration, supporting Corporate Affairs, Legal, Finance, and People departments. This 6-9 month fixed-term contract requires you to understand the business strategy and translate it into people needs, anticipating change and driving action through coaching, advisory, and data-informed initiatives. You will report to the Lead HRBP and collaborate with a team of HRBPs and a Legal & Transactional Expert.
Requirements
- 5 progressive years of experience in HR, including 2-3 years of HRBP experience or HR Leader
- Knowledge of FR law and Syntec collective agreement are required
- Experience in demonstrating judgment and problem-solving skills about people and organisational issues; you have a creative, solutions-based mindset
- Practical experience with HRMS (Workday is a plus)
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relations with employees and managers
- Good organisational skills with business-oriented thinking and analytical mindset
- Full working proficiency in English & French
Responsibilities
- Partner with people experts and managers in the organisation to build & roll out People programs (including goals setting, performance evaluations, promo assessments, compensation reviews & bonus planning, etc)
- Assess and monitor organisational health and pulse (engagement survey + organisation health metrics + ad-hoc feedback)
- Follow the organisation’s effectiveness and drive development (incl. organisation design, performance management, targeted learning, development programs, etc)
- Identify and drive people roadmap for the organisation
- Build and follow your organisation’s staffing plan
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as HR for Finance is a plus
