Human Resources Coordinator

Summary

Join our fintech company as a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team in New York City by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and handling various HR projects. Ideal candidates will thrive in fast-paced environments and have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with Greenhouse ATS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or work experience equivalent
• Two (2) years of Human Resource experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to handle difficult stakeholders and unresponsive candidates
• Ability to create job descriptions, interview process guides, and evaluation scorecards
• Experience managing high-volume interview schedules and maintaining effective communication across all levels
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Demonstrated ability to manage special HR projects and employee engagement initiatives
• Proficiency in Greenhouse, Google Suite, and Microsoft 365 for tracking and optimizing hiring processes
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Excellent administrative skills
