Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR experience in the U.S. healthcare industry, with a focus on psychiatry
- Strong proficiency in HR software and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices related to human resources
- Strong understanding of employee relations and experience in conflict resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees
- Utilize HR software and EHR systems to streamline and automate HR processes
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners to resolve HR-related issues
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development initiatives for employees
