Requirements
1-2 years in an admin or entry-level HR role
Responsibilities
- Complete new hire onboarding
- Administer new hire background checks
- Serve as the point of contact for new hires
- Enter new hires' information in HRIS, completely and accurately
- Present new hire orientation
- Complete Forms I-9, veries I-9 documentation, and ensures compliance with USCIS
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Accurately process employee changes - salary, job title, status, etc
- Create transfer/promotion offer letters
- Assign and track company-required trainings
- Various audits - training status, I-9 compliance, complete profile information, Wage Acknowledgment forms, etc
- Work with HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to and manage HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, policy updates, and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Paylocity experience or exposure
- Ability to work EST hours
