Summary

Requirements

1-2 years in an admin or entry-level HR role

Responsibilities

  • Complete new hire onboarding
  • Administer new hire background checks
  • Serve as the point of contact for new hires
  • Enter new hires' information in HRIS, completely and accurately
  • Present new hire orientation
  • Complete Forms I-9, veries I-9 documentation, and ensures compliance with USCIS
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Accurately process employee changes - salary, job title, status, etc
  • Create transfer/promotion offer letters
  • Assign and track company-required trainings
  • Various audits - training status, I-9 compliance, complete profile information, Wage Acknowledgment forms, etc
  • Work with HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to and manage HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities, policy updates, and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Paylocity experience or exposure
  • Ability to work EST hours
