Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a HR Executive with a proven track record in handling payroll, labour laws, employee engagement and HR best practices
  • Experience in leading HR projects and initiatives
  • Be located in the Philippines
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Be proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach
  • Have a strong attendance record with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Be tech-savvy with experience using HRIS systems and other HR-related software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll processing, In collaboration with the Finance department and BMG (our EOR) and resolving any payroll-related discrepancies
  • Maintain accuracy with zero to two data errors each month by managing and maintaining employee data, ensuring all employee contracts, benefits, and personal data are up-to-date on a weekly basis, accurate and securely stored in the HRIS and the HR masterlist
  • Ensure compliance with Philippines employment laws, including the regulations, and statutory leave entitlements. Provide guidance to staff on employment-related matters to ensure all HR practices align with current labour laws
  • Input into and support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, aiming for a smooth onboarding experience without major issues for Philippine and other remote- based employees. Collect employee engagement data from at least 40% of staff in the Philippines. Support the development and execution of employee engagement programs, ensuring alignment and consistency in collaboration with the regional HR teams

Experience in BPO, fintech, or manufacturing industries
