Requirements
- Completed Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with HR systems like HRIS and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Proactive and eager to contribute to innovative HR initiatives like DEI programs
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while delivering impactful HR solutions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding new hires
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Support performance evaluation cycles, assisting managers with goal-setting and feedback delivery
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and internal procedures, maintaining accurate employee records
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and handle related queries
- Assist in designing and implementing training programs to support employee development
- Contribute to HR projects, including DEI initiatives, engagement surveys, and policy updates
- Track HR metrics using HR systems and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Masterโs program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory
