Summary
Join Appsilon's HR team as a People Operations Specialist and ensure a positive employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. You will be responsible for internal communications, improving employee satisfaction, and implementing employer branding strategies. The role requires experience in HR, exceptional communication skills, and alignment with Appsilon's values. You'll be a self-sufficient, quick learner who thrives in a remote work environment. Requirements
- Have experience in HR/People role with independent activity planning
- Have exceptional communication skills, openly addressing issues and problems promptly
- Be proficient in remote work, displaying strong organizational skills
- Be self-sufficient while also knowing when to seek assistance
- Have English: B2
- Have Polish: Fluent
- Be Based in Poland (or CET timezone)
- Have a valid passport or ID card
- Align with the Appsilon company values, core purpose, and the Code of Conduct
Responsibilities
- Ensure our company is the first choice for our candidates
- Ensure our internal communication is smooth, natural, effective, inclusive, and fun
- Ensure onboarding to our company is the best experience for our candidates in their careers
- Ensure we have an efficient and smooth off-boarding process
- Ensure the team is equipped with the most important skills at any given time to drive the business forward
- Ensure our team knows they can reach out to you for help and will receive the proper support/guideline
- Ensure the team has a sense of belonging and connection to each other and maintains a healthy balance between well-being and top performance
- Ensure our eNPS is 50 and above
- Ensure the Head of People has a backup in case of extended absence, and she has a partner in the team who actively proposes and implements changes for the better
- Ensure The Team members canโt wait until the next Appsilon Day
- Be fully responsible for internal communications at Appsilon (including Appsilon Day)
- Be responsible for the onboarding and offboarding process (with support from other team members)
- Be the backup for the person in charge of the administrative side of onboarding
- Analyse the results of employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvements in the organisation
- Implement and actively propose Learning and Development initiatives
- Together with other members of the team, implement the employer branding strategy and participate in the development of the strategy for the coming year

- Enjoy a monthly salary of up to 7500 gross on an employment contract (Umowa o Pracฤ) or 8000 - 9000 PLN net on a B2B contract. This amount is subject to all applicable taxes, social security contributions, and other mandatory deductions according to the laws of your country of residence
