Join Neocol as an HR Manager and play a critical role in delivering a seamless employee experience for US and Canada teams. You will own key transactional and administrative HR processes, freeing up senior HR leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding administration, managing HR tasks, supporting manager reporting, maintaining HR platforms, tracking PTO and travel requests, and providing employee/manager support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment. Experience with Gusto, Lattice, and Trainual is preferred. Neocol values collaboration, creativity, trust, ownership, and passion.
Requirements
- 5+ year experience in HR coordination, administration, or operations
- Proven ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail and consistency
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with North America-based teams and adapt to time zone needs
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding administration including background checks, system entries, new hire communications, and welcome logistics
- Coordinate offboarding processes, including system deactivations, equipment returns, and exit communications
- Manage administrative HR tasks such as employment verifications, attestation letters, and monitoring the HR inbox
- Support manager reporting needs by pulling Lattice reports and assisting with goal tracking
- Maintain and update HR platforms such as Trainual and Lattice, ensuring content is current
- Track and coordinate extended PTO and foreign travel requests
- Provide timely, high-touch support to employees and managers on transactional HR needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with systems like Gusto, Lattice, and Trainual
- Prior experience supporting US or Canada HR processes
- Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding in a remote or international environment
- Previous experience with HR inbox management or case handling
