Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Proven experience in recruitment with a deep understanding of recruitment company operations
- Track record of identifying and qualifying managerial and senior-level talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software
- Operational management experience and strategic problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and recruitment methods
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination and Administration (50%): Review CVs of applicants, identify top candidates, conduct initial screenings, manage documentation, assist with correspondence, contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Client-Facing Recruitment (25%): Conduct comprehensive interviews, collaborate with the team, track recruitment metrics, participate in client onboarding calls
- Internal Talent Acquisition (25%): Lead internal recruitment efforts, develop strategic hiring plans, create innovative sourcing strategies, conduct thorough interviews, manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hires
