Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Basic data analysis
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills with the ability to set priorities, plan and coordinate activities and meet critical deadlines in an independent environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage requests for custom reports, ad hoc reports, and work with other internal departments to automate the release of Human Capital reports, ensuring accuracy, readability and appropriateness
  • Review metrics and use critical thinking to identify ways to promote initiatives and increase employee engagement. Includes identifying variances, resolving issues and providing key insights into people related activities such as, recruitment, retention, DEI, engagement, annual performance and/or other HR related initiatives
  • Assist with the administrative tasks associated with training programs, such as reporting and tracking, creating registration forms, and managing logistics for in-person or virtual sessions
  • A special project to identify and implement ways to gamify learning, e.g., highlight the top learner of the week
  • Collaborate with our Human Capital Operations, HR Generalists, Learning and Development, People Experience and Talent Acquisition teams with cross functional projects and programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PowerBI
  • Experience with learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning
  • An ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and automate where possible
