Summary

Join 20four7VA as a CPT-8575 Business Development Research Analyst and contribute to a dynamic team supporting a Workforce client. This Advanced-level role requires 10-15 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, in the EST timezone. You will research and identify mid-sized US companies in various industries, qualify leads, and engage with key decision-makers. Proficiency in CRM tools and strong research and communication skills are essential. Requirements

  • Possess strong research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit a self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Possess proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Responsibilities

  • Identify mid-sized U.S. companies within the Technology, Finance, Legal, Healthcare, Higher Education, Entertainment, and Media industries
  • Utilize publicly available data sources (e.g., LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Glassdoor, company websites) to verify company size, revenue, and global presence
  • Research and identify companies that talk about or otherwise demonstrate a commitment to inclusive workplace culture, have or advertise DEI or workplace culture-related job roles, active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), or notable press coverage related to these topics
  • Research companies that are hiring for or in need of an internal investigator
  • Research RFP databases for opportunities related to any kind of workplace culture assessment or audit
  • Assess company stability, focusing on those with 10+ years in business and demonstrating financial health
  • Work with the client to determine the appropriate rubric for engaging with leads
  • Leverage digital networking tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with key decision-makers (e.g., CHROs, DEI leaders, People Operations)
  • Personalize outreach strategies based on research findings to build meaningful connections, which should include but is not limited to cold calls and emailing
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings or calls with the TNF team
  • Maintain an organized lead tracking system using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Sheets
  • Prepare and share weekly reports on outreach activities, lead responses, and overall lead status

Preferred Qualifications
