Requirements

• Must have Extensive background in staffing and placement on the Federal Government level
• Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

• Must have demonstrated experience with NFC
• Must have demonstrated experience with PAR processing
• Must have demonstrated experience in EPIC Web
• Must be able to successfully pass security clearance process

Responsibilities

• Prepare job analysis
• Drafting job announcements
• Issuing certificates of eligible candidates
• Communicating with hiring managers and customers throughout the hiring process
• Process personnel action requests for a wide variety of recruitment and placement actions following the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM)Guide to Processing Personnel Actions (GPPA) and agency policies, procedures, and processes
• Use a tracking/intake system to ensure all actions are processed timely and a status of pending actions can be immediately provided upon request
• Input, edit and update HR information into the integrated NFC payroll and personnel system
• Identifies and resolves issues concerning personnel and payroll data, including special pay and benefits entitlements and withholdings
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
