Summary
Join GuidePoint Security as an experienced IAM Delivery Lead, managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. You will create project plans and budgets, manage time tracking, generate reports, and develop standards for project delivery. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, analyzing IAM domains, and tracking project risks. You will need extensive project management experience in large enterprise environments, specifically with IAM programs and various technologies. Requirements
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management or Delivery Lead experience in a large enterprise environments
- Experience managing IAM programs (IGA, PAM, and Access Management) involving SailPoint, Saviynt, SecZetta, Delinea/Thycotic, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping, or Forgerock
- Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated strong project delivery experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables using project management methodologies
- Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with both the waterfall and agile development/delivery models
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence and Certinia
- Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
- Ability to utilize tools to organize work for multiple teams and show progress to leadership teams
- Ability to create workflows and diagrams using Visio or LucidChart
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate and work with executive teams on client projects
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Be a strong team player
- Associates Degree in information technology; or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
Responsibilities
- Create project plans and budgets; coordinate with GPS and client project managers and stakeholders
- Create and manage OpenAir time tracking system to ensure projects are on budget
- Create team forecast and burn rate reports for leadership
- Create and review standards and templates for project staffing and delivery
- Work with project teams to create estimates for new and existing projects
- Participate in the requirement gathering of an IAM technical vision that can be articulated across functional groups, aligned with IAM projects, and delivers needed business agility
- Analyze and document functional & nonfunctional requirements for various IAM domains such as Access Management, Identity Life cycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Reporting, and analytics
- Track internal projects related to all phases of the practice work and project risks
- Track hours and budgets on active projects to project risks of negative impacts to budget and/or revenue estimates
- The ability to work independently with business stakeholders to develop internal and external content
- Interact and communicate effectively with internal and external clients
- Manage multiple workstreams on multiple projects
- Project and intervene when project delivery is at risk
- Ensure projects meet labor and quality standards for delivery
