IB Sales Manager

Summary

Join Libertex Group as an IB Manager and cultivate strong client relationships, promoting forex products and services. Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or any other relevant field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in business development in the Forex, FinTech, Crypto industry or other related industry
• Excellent command of Mandarin and English language
• Knowledge of hedging and liquidity products
• Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Promote forex products and services to potential clients via phone and email communication
• Conduct research on market trends and provide insightful market analysis to clients
• Assist clients with account opening and trading forex
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Actively present company products and services to agents, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and customers
• Increase sales from potential customers and search for agents and IBs
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
