Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing or any other relevant field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development in the Forex, FinTech, Crypto industry or other related industry
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English language
- Knowledge of hedging and liquidity products
- Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote forex products and services to potential clients via phone and email communication
- Conduct research on market trends and provide insightful market analysis to clients
- Assist clients with account opening and trading forex
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Actively present company products and services to agents, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and customers
- Increase sales from potential customers and search for agents and IBs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
