Summary
Join us as an Events and Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and evaluate events across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves managing event logistics, working with stakeholders, and supporting marketing campaigns. You will need 2-3 years of experience in event management and marketing, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position requires proficiency in event platforms, CRM/marketing tools, and occasional travel within the APAC region. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and fluent in English. Additional Asian languages are a plus.
Requirements
- 2-3 yearsβ experience in event coordination or event marketing, ideally within the APAC region
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with event platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite), webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, ON24), and CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to travel occasionally across the APAC region for on-site event support
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events across the APAC region
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, budgeting, invitations, and post-event reporting
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, leadership) to align event goals with business objectives
- Coordinate event materials, including signage, swag, presentations, and promotional assets
- Oversee registration platforms, RSVPs, and attendee communications
- Track KPIs and deliver post-event reporting with insights and recommendations
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote events and increase brand visibility
- Collaborate on the creation of event-related content (emails, landing pages, social media posts)
- Support regional marketing initiatives, including lead generation and nurturing efforts
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure brand and messaging consistency
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in English required; additional Asian language(s) a plus
