Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years in project management, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, project management tools, and client portals
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Proven track record of using data-driven insights to improve performance

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and execute complex projects to meet departmental goals and growth objectives
  • Monitor project milestones, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful delivery
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Facilitate effective communication, negotiation, and resolution of client concerns
  • Oversee onboarding, compliance, and servicing processes for both EOR (Employer of Record) and AOR (Agent of Record) clients
  • Ensure operational processes align with global and regional standards
  • Analyse performance metrics and operational data to guide business decisions and optimize service delivery
  • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders for process improvement
  • Draft, review, and facilitate the execution of contracts and legal documents
  • Advise clients on country-specific regulations, ensuring compliance in both EOR and AOR contexts
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Provide guidance and support in company-specific operations and industry best practices
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for efficient problem-solving
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, agreements, and project progress
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements
  • Maintain a dynamic and adaptable approach to managing complex, multifaceted projects
  • Pursue continuous learning and improvement to stay ahead in a fast-paced industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in EOR/AOR services
  • Open to other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by management
