Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • All work must be conducted within the continental U.S
  • Active TS/SCI with preference given to candidates with favorably adjudicated Polygraph

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the proposal development process to ensure compliance and quality
  • Develop and maintain supporting documents such as compliance matrices, schedules, and outlines
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely proposal submissions
  • Review proposal sections for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with solicitation requirements
  • Track and maintain proposal documentation, including resumes, project profiles, and past performance data
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and federal procurement guidelines
  • Support the improvement of processes and tools to enhance proposal development efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of proposal coordination or management experience in the Federal sector
  • Proven experience supporting proposals within the Intelligence Community (IC) or other federal agencies
  • Familiarity with federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with proposal management tools, such as Salesforce, or Technomile
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with local and remote teams
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
