Summary

Join Forter as a Trusted Identity Sales Specialist and play a key role in shaping the company's identity strategy. Partner with GTM and product teams to drive the Identity solution roadmap, build a team of Identity SMEs, and act as Forter's Identity Evangelist at industry events. Strategically engage with customers in sales opportunities, positioning Forter's capabilities and collaborating with sales teams. Work closely with the CSM team to address customer pain points and demonstrate Forter's value to executive buyers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive presentations and leads, provide market analysis, and develop organizational expertise in the Customer Identity space.

Requirements

  • Be highly driven, with integrity, emotional intelligence, and exceptional executive presence
  • Manage a broad territory and skillfully position Forter’s Identity narrative and expertise through the entire sales process, supported by fraud and security experts
  • Be a self-starter with a passion for winning
  • Have a strong network and proven track record in managing &/or selling Identity solutions, within ecommerce, Banking/FinTech, SaaS, gaming and Media/Entertainment verticals
  • Have experience participating in account selling in a multi-regional capacity
  • Have a strong understanding of the security industry, including bot protection, consumer identity, MFA, and a preferred background in CIAM and familiarity with customer Identity solutions
  • Have experience in fast-paced startup environments with a track record of adaptability and success in rapidly expanding markets
  • Have exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to represent Forter at key industry events
  • Be able to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM and product teams on the roadmap and investment across all areas of our Identity product, ultimately building a team of Identity SMEs to support global expansion
  • Grow the Forter voice within the identity market, representing Forter at conferences, events and speaking engagements to drive brand awareness, thought leadership and sales opportunities
  • Strategically engage with sales teams and directly support key Identity opportunities by working closely with customers
  • Work closely with our CSM team to and a large list of existing clients across the Enterprise and Strategic segments, to solve customer pain points with Forter’s Trusted Identity product
  • Demonstrate the Forter value in engagements with economic champions and executive buyers within major accounts, positioning Forter's value proposition to relevant business and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Development, Strategic Alliance, Marketing, and Pre-sales Solutions Consultants to drive customized presentations, leads, and account activity
  • Provide market analysis and feedback to shape sales collateral and guide long-term growth
  • Develop the organizational expertise in the Customer Identity space and its ecosystem, including competitors, partners, and resellers
