Immigration Support Associate

Summary

Join Localyze, a company reimagining global work mobility, as an Immigration Support Associate! You will provide support to international employees navigating visa processes, answering questions, preparing applications, and interacting with authorities. You'll also improve the company's knowledge base and collaborate with the product team. This role requires experience with immigration processes, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach. Requirements

• Have first experience with and an understanding of immigration processes or Global Mobility
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Are proactive and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have experience in customer support or administrative roles, ideally in global mobility or immigration
• Are tech-savvy and enjoy working with internal teams to improve product offerings
• Have a solution-oriented mindset, can solve problems independently, and know how to escalate issues and collaborate with other teams

Responsibilities

• Answering questions from internationals regarding visa processes, formal paperwork, etc. via chat
• Preparation of documents and application forms for our talents
• Communicating with authorities on appointments and processes
• Continuously developing and updating our knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Interacting with the product team to contribute to the development of new features

Preferred Qualifications

Other languages, esp. German are a big plus
