Summary

Join Wpromote's growing Amazon & Retail Media team as a Senior Manager! You'll manage all aspects of clients' Retail Media businesses, working across multiple clients simultaneously. This dynamic role requires expertise in Amazon and other retailer advertising. The salary range is $83,000-$97,000, plus an annual performance bonus. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing Amazon Advertising accounts for both sponsored ads
  • 2+ years of experience consulting on or directly managing Amazon Advertising Accounts for ADSP
  • Experience working with or at a brand with $1M+ in annual ad budgets
  • Experience directly managing ads on retailers outside of Amazon (Walmart, Target, Criteo)
  • Great communication skills both written and oral, with a strong attention to detail
  • Great organization, the ability to balance client timelines and business needs, across multiple clients
  • The ability to manage client expectations and priorities
  • Experience presenting to senior-level client contacts during monthly executive summaries or QBRs
  • A deep understanding of paid search, which includes campaign buildouts, bid optimizations, reporting, and advanced knowledge of the different ad types
  • Knowledge about how Amazon marketing and performance affects the purchase funnel

Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of retail media business across Amazon, Walmart, Target and other retailers
  • Design, implement and manage ad spend across campaigns, while having a full grasp of how different ad types work together to further our client’s goals
  • Monitor daily trends, opportunities, and spend across multiple brands
  • Proactively communicate with clients about account health, ad performance, sales, best practices, potential opportunities and developing action plans to improve results
  • Work in a dynamic, time-intensive environment where competing priorities are commonplace
  • Closely monitor competitors and category trends
  • Audit prospective Amazon accounts and identify areas for improvement to assist in the sales process
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of new or emerging trends within Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Be tasked with some special projects as needed to help the growth of the department

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with 3p campaign management providers (i.e. Pacvue, Skai, CommerceIQ, Perpetua)
  • Prior agency experience
  • Experience with marketshare measurement tools (i.e. Stackline, JungleScout, Helium10)
  • Experience with AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud)
  • Experience working with or at a brand with $25M+ in annual Amazon sales
  • Experience with areas of Amazon outside of paid media (content, logistics, catalog management, etc.)
  • The ability to explain nuances of full-funnel marketplace strategy clearly and concisely
