Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Marketing experience within B2B Saas companies
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive market share and revenue growth
- Experience in a multi-product/solution environment
- Deep expertise in product positioning and messaging
- Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable insights
- Proven leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, product lifecycle management, and sales enablement strategies
- Adept at cross-functional collaboration and comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and synthesize ample data about specific markets
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks in pursuit of key marketing, sales, and company goals
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated product marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and growth initiatives
- Define compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that clearly articulate the benefits and differentiators of our products
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to ensure market insights and customer feedback inform product development
- Lead the planning and execution of successful product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless rollouts
- Support targeted go-to-market campaigns that generate leads, drive upsell, increase adoption, and enhance customer engagement
- Oversee ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback loops (including customer advisory board meetings) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Use insights to inform strategy, refine messaging, and optimize the product portfolio
- Maintain or develop new buyer personas and customer journeys in support of business objectives
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Partner with Sales to create effective sales enablement tools, training programs, and collateral that empower the team to close deals
- Partner with Customer Support & Success teams to develop a product enablement strategy that improves upsell and reduces churn
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives
- Regularly report on performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact and ROI
