Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in tools such as Excel, Python, or R
• Knowledge of impact measurement frameworks such as IRIS+ or the Social Return on Investment (SROI) model
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Design and implement frameworks for measuring the social and environmental impact of programs and initiatives
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data related to impact metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to align impact measurement practices with organizational goals
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate impact findings effectively
• Research industry best practices and innovations in impact measurement
• Participate in strategy discussions to refine organizational impact goals
