You will support our hiring efforts by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and streamlining operations, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborating with various teams, you will manage our ATS, source talent, and contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives. Your role is crucial to our growth, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing interview logistics, collecting feedback, and ensuring efficient processes. Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) related to interview scheduling, feedback collection, and job posting accuracy.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Superior time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines consistently
- Values driving diverse talent and proactively building talent networks
- Exposure to recruitment and/or HR
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
Responsibilities
- Elevate our employer brand, delivering a world-class candidate experience that reflects our culture and values, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our positive reputation
- Expertly manage interview logistics by scheduling and rescheduling 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and final round interviews for candidates with hiring managers and the executive team, optimizing calendars and minimizing delays
- Facilitate the administration and tracking of skills assessments for candidates, ensuring timely completion and providing support to candidates and hiring managers as needed
- Collect detailed interview feedback and drive timely follow-ups with hiring managers as needed
- Ensure hiring managers have appropriate access levels within hiring software(s), complete required certifications before participating in the hiring process, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures
- General project management including tracking interview schedules, feedback, and results
- Manage the Power Digitalβs employee referral process
- Actively participate and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Leverage AI capabilities to streamline processes and achieve tangible, goal-oriented outcomes
- Provide ad hoc support and reporting as requested by Recruiter, HR, VPs and the Executive Team
