Implementation Analyst- P2P in Mexico

Summary

This is a fully remote role for a subject matter expert on Varis Platform in Mexico. The employee will be responsible for configuring customer sites, providing integration support, and collaborating with internal teams. Requirements include exceptional business savvy, familiarity with supplier catalog market standards, experience with systems testing and business process re-engineering, solid understanding of Procurement, Spend Management, or Supply Chain consulting, and extensive experience as the top technical resource on enterprise-size projects in Procurement, Spend Management, or Supply Chain software solutions. The employee will also need attention to detail, good judgment, excellent communication skills, good teamwork and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable presenting to internal cross-functional teams and clients/prospects. Education and experience requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, 5+ years of software implementation experience in Software or Procurement industry, advanced knowledge of B2B SaaS solutions, and minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in system setup, configuration, and administration. Requirements

• Exceptional business savvy with a confident, passionate, helpful, and analytical nature
• Familiarity with supplier catalog market standards and experience including cXML and EDI
• Experience with systems testing and business process re-engineering
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, web services, and building effective solutions
• Strong background in Procurement, Spend Management, or Supply Chain consulting
• Extensive experience as the top technical resource on enterprise-size projects in Procurement, Spend Management, or Supply Chain software solutions
• Attention to detail, good judgment, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on being a self-starter
• Comfortable presenting to internal cross-functional teams and clients/prospects
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of software implementation experience in Software or Procurement industry
• Advanced knowledge of B2B SaaS solutions, including system integrations and reporting/analytics
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in system setup, configuration, and administration

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on the Varis Platform, including configuration options, integration touchpoints, and areas for customizations
• Understand the system process needs of different customer types and align them with the capabilities of Varis
• Maintain customer-specific versions of major deliverables
• Configure each customer's site to meet their requirements and leverage the platform effectively
• Provide integration support across all phases of implementation (design, build, and test)
• Collaborate with the internal Varis teams to gather customer enhancement requests
