Requirements

• Previous experience in customer success or onboarding roles
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Some technical knowledge of the retail industry and retail commerce tools

Responsibilities

• Train and guide a dedicated group of retail customers, ensuring they successfully adopt and implement our platform
• Collaborate with retailers to understand their needs and set up efficient workflows, providing best practice guidance
• Ensure accurate setup of product and customer data for each customer
• Stay informed about product updates and retail industry best practices
• Identify opportunities for retailers to upgrade payments, integrate third-party add-ons, and enhance their plans
• Document feedback for the Product, Sales, and Operations teams to help improve the onboarding experience
