Implementation Consultant

You will oversee successful technology solution deployments for clients, collaborating closely with them to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration. Lead implementations, provide user training and support, conduct system testing, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Work with internal teams and manage project timelines. Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide post-implementation support. This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule with remote work options (Mondays and Fridays) and on-site work in West Des Moines, IA (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Computer Interaction, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, Business Analytics, or in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in implementing a variety of technology solutions, including software applications, cloud services, and enterprise systems
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, API integrations, and data migration
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, SaaS, or other enterprise technology platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Project management skills and experience handling multiple implementations simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend suitable technology solutions
• Lead the implementation process, including installation, configuration, customization, and integration of software and hardware solutions
• Provide training and support to end users, ensuring successful adoption of the implemented technologies
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including implementation plans, user guides, and technical specifications
• Work closely with internal teams, including developers, project managers, and support staff, to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within scope
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve implementation strategies
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus
