The position requires 3-5 years of client-facing training experience and knowledge of payroll legislation. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of training experience, both client facing and processing
  • Knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements pertinent to country being implemented
  • Experience in creating and maintaining learning content to support new products and assist with implementations and platform adoption
  • Payroll or HR Implementations experience required to understand the complexities and nuances of an implementation journey
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Scheduling management skills

Responsibilities

  • Gather information from clients
  • Create and deliver training materials to clients
  • Ensure clients have the knowledge and skills to use the software proficiently
  • Serve as the primary contact point for clients during training
  • Work with HR and Payroll teams to achieve positive client outcomes
  • Design, develop, and deliver Payroll and HR implementation workshop content
  • Deliver training to clients on payroll implementations
  • Design, develop, and support content creation
  • Educate clients on best practices using the Employment Hero & KeyPay platform
  • Respond to customer communications and queries during implementation within SLA
  • Manage a portfolio of clients concurrently to ensure successful implementation
  • Provide additional support to clients needing help understanding the platform or troubleshooting issues
  • Build strong relationships with CX team members and external teams to drive improvement
  • Ensure data accuracy in business management systems
  • Update administrative requirements to maintain reporting and data accuracy
  • Constantly review and improve delivery processes
  • Collaborate with the wider business to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members
