Implementation Coordinator

Requirements

• Hold a BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
• Have 3-5 years of experience delivering fixes for software bugs and/or feature enhancements
• Possess a solid understanding of networks, operating systems, information security, and databases
• Have experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, JavaScript, Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, or Go
• Possess solid front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and Javascript and knowledge of the latest front-end technologies like React, Vue, Webpack, and NPM
• Have an interest and ability in learning other coding languages as needed
• Have working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English

Responsibilities

• Debug and troubleshoot client issues in production systems
• Identify the root cause of software errors and propose and develop fixes
• Refactor legacy code and systems to increase maintainability and efficiency
• Write Unit Tests and develop testing frameworks
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Product to handle client requests and issues
• Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot production systems to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Design and build elegant and user-friendly UIs
• Design and develop backend systems and APIs
• Adhere to agile development practices and improve in our processes
• Communicate with team members clearly and effectively
• Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Be knowledgeable in programming frameworks like Flask and/or FastAPI and react
• Have experience and knowledge working with AWS
