Implementation Manager

Summary

The job is for an Implementation team member at Aiwyn, a fast-growing SaaS startup in the accounting industry. The role involves managing customer implementations, configuring their systems, training staff, and improving standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of B2B SaaS implementation experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Has 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer-facing implementation experience
• Deep-rooted passion for problem-solving and yearns for customer delight
• Can take initiative and drive progress
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with customer-facing Project Management, Onboarding, and Implementation
• Highly proficient in English, with excellent written grammar and spelling
• Expertise and confidence in managing stakeholder expectations

Responsibilities

• Manage the Implementation process for multiple customers
• Configure, test, and train customer staff during implementation
• Travel onsite when detailed training or workshop is needed (less than 10%)
• Manage activities, timelines, and dependencies using Monday.com
• Balance creative problem-solving with process consultation to meet customer needs
• Take ownership of internal projects and collaborate with team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the accounting firm industry
• Experience with Monday.com Work Management Software
• Experience working with Hubspot and Jira
