Implementation Manager

Summary

Join Dusty Robotics, a thriving autonomous robotics company, as an Implementation Manager and play a pivotal role in the success of our groundbreaking FieldPrinter product. This customer-facing position involves approximately 60-80% travel across the US, training construction companies on using our innovative layout automation solution. You will supervise projects, lead on-site layout activities, troubleshoot issues, and optimize product usage. Your responsibilities include training clients, identifying barriers to full utilization, removing roadblocks, gathering feedback, and advocating for customer needs within Dusty. This role offers the unique opportunity to drive innovation and improve efficiency in the construction industry. The position reports to the Director of Professional Services and is key to fostering excellence within the Customer Team Organization.

Requirements

• Construction industry experience
• Comfortable spending extensive time on construction sites, training customers
• 2+ years of experience focused on customer-facing roles
• Excellent Communication, written and verbal
• Dedicated and proactive nature
• Proficiency with computers and various software applications
• Ability to travel up to approximately 80% of the time
• Driver's license and a personal vehicle willing to be used for transporting Dusty FieldPrinters
• This position requires the individual to wear and work in personal protective equipment (PPE) and be able to lift and carry a minimum of 65lbs

Responsibilities

• Supervise the projects where customers deploy our solution
• Actively lead layout activities at job sites, including training, support, troubleshooting, and optimizing usage
• Creatively figure out ways to make our customers more successful and increase their utilization, retention, and expansion
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients on assigned projects
• Train clients on the use of our FieldPrinter system, including robot operation
• Grow our revenue base by finding opportunities to increase the size of each account
