Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer success, client Implementation, or a related role
  • Should be comfortable with US Shift Hours
  • Basic level of MS Office understanding
  • Excellent communication in English (Verbal and Written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success

Responsibilities

  • Understand the client’s requirements and lay out the implementation plan
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients from initial contact to successful handover
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and internal support to ensure seamless implementation experiences
  • Understand the internal tools and pick the implementation tasks proactively to expedite the process
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for clients to ensure they are fully equipped to use our solutions effectively
  • Gather feedback from clients during the implementation process and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvements
  • Develop and maintain Implementation documentation, training materials, and resources to support client implementation activities
  • Track and report on key Implementation metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
