Requirements

  • Experience in customizing Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and integrating them with applications like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Business Central, F&O, etc
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAAS product implementation, handling multiple complex projects
  • Background in enterprise software before transitioning into an Implementation role
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in client interactions

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and mentor the implementation team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during and post-implementation
  • Ensure optimal usage of product capabilities before handing over to the Support team
  • Review and manage project plans, mitigate risks, and ensure successful Go Lives in collaboration with project managers/leads
  • Monitor project progress, and communicate project status effectively to senior management via reports, presentations, and meetings
  • Build and guide project teams, foster communication among team members
  • Manage Kick-off Meetings
  • Allocate resources efficiently and appropriately
  • Ensure the team has required competencies and is well trained
  • Understand team challenges and provide support for their success
  • Capture and manage project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies
  • Make critical decisions and recommendations using analytical skills
  • Set the implementation strategy, considering timelines, impacts, and risks
  • Remove roadblocks and constraints during the implementation process
  • Provide high-level guidance and recommendations to clients on implementation and integration procedures
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues during implementation
  • Formulate proposals for new systems, procedures, or processes
  • Act as a liaison with subsidiary management and staff to resolve issues
