Implementation Manager

Summary

Join Apperio, a legal technology platform, as an Implementation Manager and lead the onboarding of enterprise clients onto our SaaS platform. You will manage 6–12 client organizations, lead kickoff calls and executive briefings, and serve as a strategic partner to clients. This role requires strong project management skills, experience in client-facing roles (ideally in SaaS, legal operations, or consulting), and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders. You will also help refine onboarding strategies and processes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the broader Delivery strategy. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape how Fortune 100 and 500 companies onboard and evolve client delivery capabilities. The position is remote (US) or on-site in NYC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS, legal operations, or consulting
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple implementations
• Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, and BI platforms
• Strategic thinking and a bias toward action
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Remote (US) or on-site in NYC

Responsibilities

• Own and manage onboarding of 6–12 client organizations at various stages of implementation
• Lead kickoff calls, data integration sessions, and executive briefings
• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing clear communication and building trust
• Escalate roadblocks, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally
• Define and improve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and processes
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader Delivery strategy
