Responsibilities

  • Operate at a program level planning role, overseeing all site implementations, with ultimate accountability over SOW execution and strategy development based on established best practices and customers' unique needs
  • Drive delivery of workforce management solutions for enterprise customers using the Indeavor suite of products
  • Align with company and program leadership to define Statements of Work and project scoping documentation
  • Manage internal & external resources throughout engagement period
  • Maintain project financials through regular tracking of milestones
  • Report program and project status to internal and external executive leadership & facilitate required escalations
  • Drive customer adoption through design and delivery of organizational change management initiatives
  • Understand complex scenarios and explain/drive resolution in a concise way
  • Deliver efficiencies through business process re-engineering of core operating practices
  • Manage customer expectations and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess entrepreneurial spirit, drive and desire to develop within a high-growth company
  • Excellent professional communication skills in verbal, written and presentation form
  • Flexible, open-minded team player who enjoys working hard to achieve group goals and initiatives
  • Experience as a project manager, consultant or business analyst supporting software deployments
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and exceeding expectations across multiple workstreams
  • Experience designing and delivering organizational change management programs
  • Background in cloud-based software deployment or support
  • Fluency in project management platforms and experience streamlining internal application use
