Join iRhythm as an Implementation Project Manager and lead the implementation of our EHR Integration & digital solutions services with health systems nationwide. This remote US-based role requires managing projects, leading customer calls, utilizing technical expertise to configure integrations, and ensuring successful go-lives. You will build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, document customer needs, and assist the sales team. Requirements
- Be an analytical, detail-oriented individual with the ability and desire to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Have experience working with health systems and managing integrations or EHR project on either the health system or vendor side previously
- Have exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on collaboration and flexibility when working with both external and internal stakeholders
- Have at least 3 years of integration experience with EHR’s
- Have significant knowledge of, and experience configuring, HL7 integration engine solutions (IRIS for Health/Intersystems or Mirth preferred, others are ok!)
- Have significant knowledge of HL7 and experience coding messages (i.e. ORM, ORU)
- Have experience with scripting (we use JavaScript, we’re looking for experience with any language) with regular expressions
- Have the ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Have significant experience with Microsoft Office and associated tools for project management
- Have at least 2 years of project management experience
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have proven success in working with health systems or providers in a strategic and consultative capacity, ideally including workflow consultation with customers and prospects
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field
- Be able to travel 10-20% of the time, as needed
Responsibilities
- Own the project management of an EHR Integration between a customer and iRhythm
- Lead internal calls & customer calls
- Own the success of the EHR integration between the customer & iRhythm
- Utilize technical interface expertise to build, test, and validate EHR integration technically & operationally to seamlessly fit into customer workflows
- Support customers throughout projects from kickoff through go live, to ultimately hand off the customer to our Customer Care organization for ongoing support
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners and customers on a regular basis
- Collaborate internally and externally to understand the EHR integration opportunity, need, account readiness, and fit
- Document customer scope, workflows, and utilize best practices to bring projects to a successful outcome
- Assist sales team in explaining iRhythm’s interface mechanisms and details to the clients on pre-integration calls
- Develop and implement KPIs, goals, and success metrics, so the customer delights in working with us and so the iRhythm Zio Service is further adopted throughout the customer’s system
- Drive continuous improvement of our processes and value to customers by leading and executing on internal projects, interacting with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders
