Requirements
- A passion for improving healthcare through technology
- 3+ years of technical/implementation project management experience ideally focused on Enterprise applications, including experience managing the integration of software into complex environments
- 3+ years of Healthcare Industry experience, preferably including at least some time inside a Health System or Hospital
- 3+ years of CMMS administration experience
- Advanced knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission, etc.)
- Ability to work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management
- Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track at the same time, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to triage & prioritize support requests against multiple projects with a focus on customer satisfaction
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues
Responsibilities
- Lead large and medium-sized customers through successful implementations and launches
- Motivate customers to complete implementation successfully by ensuring they are tracking against optimal timelines
- Set customers up for long-term success by driving the value of FSI solutions through implementation, helping them navigate and overcome roadblocks
- Communicate directly with customers via phone, e-mail, and remote diagnostics to identify, reproduce and resolve customer-reported application and technical issues for the CMS application, CMS Mobile, and other CMMS applications as needed
- Project manage implementation tasks such as data migration, product training, and organizational roll-out strategies, coordinating internal resources as necessary
- Serve as a trusted adviser by advocating for client needs and product requests to FSIβs internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers post-implementation
- Manage group initiatives directed at process and tools continuous improvement
