Summary

The job is for a remote Implementation Specialist at EVERSANA who will train and support hospital and clinical staff during product introduction in the heart failure treatment field. The role requires experience in clinical settings, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and utilization of various software tools.

Requirements

• Experience and familiarity with clinical environment
• Utilize Microsoft suite of products to communicate messages internally and externally

Responsibilities

• Train and Support IDN/Hospital staff on Product within workflow and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective implementation strategies
• Conduct product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training for healthcare professionals
• Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor insights
• Utilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Medical technician, RN/BSN, or LPN
• Experience and comfort in clinical settings (ED, Outpatient, Inpatient)
