Implementation Specialist

Summary

The job is a remote field-based position for an Implementation Specialist at EVERSANA, responsible for training and supporting hospital and clinical staff during product introduction. The role requires experience in clinical settings such as the Emergency Department, Outpatient clinic, or procedural lab, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and utilization of Veeva/Salesforce and Microsoft Suite of products.

Requirements

• Experience and familiarity with clinical environment
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
• Utilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation status and feedback
• Utilize Microsoft suite of products to communicate messages internally and externally

Responsibilities

• Train and Support IDN/Hospital staff on Product within workflow and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective implementation strategies
• Conduct product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training for healthcare professionals
• Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor insights
• Utilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Medical technician, RN/BSN, or LPN
• Experience and/or Training: Experience and comfort in clinical settings (ED, Outpatient, Inpatient)
