Implementation Specialist

Summary

Join EVERSANA, a Great Place to Work certified company, as an Implementation Specialist (IS) in a remote field-based position. The IS will train and support hospital and clinical staff at the time of product introduction, building relationships with stakeholders within the health system. Experience working in a clinical environment is preferred.

Requirements

• Experience and familiarity with clinical environment
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
• Utilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation status and feedback
• Utilize Microsoft suite of products to communicate messages internally and externally
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including networking, influencing, presentation, and written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Train and Support IDN/Hospital staff on Product within workflow and compliance guidelines
• Prior experience in clinical settings such as Emergency Department, Medical Clinic, Inpatient Floor preferred
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective implementation strategies
• Conduct product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training for healthcare professionals to increase awareness and understanding drug/device combo product and its implications for the hospital and patient
• Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor insights to support product positioning and commercialization efforts
• Utilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Education. Bachelor’s Degree,. Medical technician, RN/BSN, or LPN
• Experience and/or Training. Experience and comfort in clinical settings (ED, Outpatient, Inpatient)
• Licenses/Certificates. Driving Record
• Technology/Equipment. Fully functional in Microsoft Suite Programs
