Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a DIGITAL MARKETING TRACKING SPECIALIST
• 2+ years of experience as a DEVELOPER
• Must speak ENGLISH
• Extensive hands-on experience with conversions tracking. - web events, web hooks, and API in Google Analytics. Hands-on experience with events & conversions tracking using Google Tag Manager
• Hands-on experience with call tracking software. (e.g.: Twilio, CallRail, or alike)
• API integration. knowledge: Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Measurement API
• JavaScript + jQuery. : Experience with form validation, form submission, UTM tracking, traffic source identification, working with cookies, and integrating with Google Analytics Events API
• Knowledge of front end and backend development. for effective communication with developers
• Understanding of SEO impacts. on load speed, URL structure, navigation, indexing, robots.txt, sitemaps, and structured data
• Strong time management skills. with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot online and offline conversion tracking for campaigns across all digital marketing channels for data capture and reporting
• Ensure seamless conversion tracking integrations among websites, Google Analytics, PPC & email marketing platforms, and CRM systems through API connections
• Write (and/or coordinate writing of) custom scripts using PHP and JavaScript to ensure the integration of tracking data from various sources
• Manage custom dynamic number insertion & substitution and other data collection mechanisms
• Implement Google Tag Manager custom tags
• Implement tracking across devices to capture user interactions when they move between desktop, mobile, and other devices, ensuring comprehensive conversion attribution
• Integrate (and/or coordinate integration of) custom API solutions for data collection
• Manage data transmission via webhooks or direct API calls
• Provide support for tracking-related issues across SEO, PPC, and email marketing
• Monitor the accuracy and performance of all tracking systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in tracking data between platforms
• Identify, diagnose and resolve coding issues or bugs in tracking implementations to ensure accurate system functionality across all platforms
• Continuously improve the accuracy of tracking systems
• Keep up with new developments in tracking technology and apply best practices to ensure accurate data collection
• Optimize tracking setups for enhanced data capture and reporting
