Summary

The job is for an Implementation Specialist in Unlimit's Customer Success team. The role involves customizing internal systems to meet business needs by working with incoming requests in Salesforce, Jira, making changes in internal systems according to client's needs, and reviewing technical/business documentation.

Requirements

• The ability to perform monotonous work without loss of quality
• Attention to details
• The ability to independently analyze the situation and find answers to questions
• Intermediate level of written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Slack is welcome
• A fintech background would be an advantage, especially working with the company's own products and internal systems
