You will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of UPS/FedEx invoices, reviewing software systems for accuracy, investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies, preparing detailed reports, and developing process controls. This role requires accounting experience in logistics, proven auditing and data analysis skills, and proficiency in auditing tools and software. Requirements

• Accounting experience working in logistics/ warehousing company
• Proven experience in auditing, invoicing, billing and data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in auditing tools and software; advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits of UPS/FedEx invoices to identify billing errors, overcharges, and discrepancies
• Review and assess software systems for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries of audit findings with actionable recommendations
• Develop and implement controls to prevent future discrepancies and optimise processes
• Stay updated on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to shipping and billing

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems is a plus
