Summary
Join SpryPoint, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for the utility sector, as an Implementation Team Lead. You will manage a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring high-quality work and a customer-first approach. This remote position involves travel to client sites across North America. You will define team goals, conduct performance reviews, and act as a subject matter expert. Additionally, you will support project implementations by leading gap analysis, configuring software, training end-users, and collaborating with development teams. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing teams in client services or business operations sector
- Proven ability to train users on enterprise software applications
- Business Analysis and Business Process Mapping experience
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence applications and platforms
Responsibilities
- Define team and individual goals, training plans, and career development objectives
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to monitor progress and support their growth
- Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews for your team members
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide personal and team training
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and effective ramping of new team members
- Review project progress weekly with the portfolio management team and project teams to ensure milestones, quality standards, and risk mitigation
- Perform regular project quality audits
- Contribute to SpryPoint best practices, lessons learned and project documentation improvements
- Leading gap analysis sessions to understand our customers needs
- Mapping to-be business processes
- Configuring, testing and tuning the software
- Mapping and assisting with data conversions from legacy systems
- Training end users throughout the project on software functionality and best practices
- Providing hands-on support during user acceptance testing, Go Live and post-implementation stabilization
- Collorabate with development & dev-ops teams to influence, design, and validate solutions
- Advise customers on the best use of the SpryPoint applications by way of business process analysis, communicating industry best practices and understanding the current and desired future states
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical skills such as relational database knowledge or SQL skills
- Proven ability to mentor and lead people
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with senior management, clients, and partners
- Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning new skills and adapting to change
- Confidence to work independently and collaboratively within internal and external teams
