Inbound Phone Sales Representative

Summary

Join A Place for Mom as an Inbound Phone Sales Representative and become a key member of our Welcome Advisor team. You will utilize your direct-to-consumer sales experience to convert high-volume inbound phone leads into revenue, working remotely from your home office. This role involves conducting in-depth consultations with families seeking senior care options, educating them about customized solutions, and acting as a liaison between families and care providers. Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks and driving move-ins. The ideal candidate possesses experience in fast-paced, high-volume phone sales, though experience in senior living or home care is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Two (2) or more years of experience in high-volume inside sales/inbound phone sales
• History of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
• Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system
• Successfully complete new hire training program

Responsibilities

• Convert high-volume inbound phone leads into revenue using an ACD (auto answer) phone system
• Work remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, adhering to an assigned shift
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families seeking senior care options
• Educate families about customized senior care options and find the best matches for their needs
• Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
• Reach daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls) using an ACD [auto answer] phone system
• Refer families to communities and schedule tours to ultimately drive move-ins
