Join A Place for Mom as an Inbound Phone Sales Representative and utilize your direct-to-consumer sales expertise to convert high-volume inbound leads into revenue. You will work remotely, using an auto-answer phone system to conduct in-depth consultations with families seeking senior care options. As the family's first point of contact, you will provide guidance and support, acting as a liaison between families and senior care providers. Success is measured by meeting daily production benchmarks, including inbound and outbound calls, ultimately driving move-ins. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring strong sales skills and the ability to multitask. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped bonus potential, along with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- Have two (2) or more years of experience in high-volume inside sales/inbound phone sales
- Have a history of exceeding sales targets
- Be able to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
- Possess strong computer and typing skills, including Word and Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system
- Successfully complete new hire training program
Responsibilities
- Convert high-volume inbound phone leads into revenue using existing skills and proven success in direct-to-consumer sales
- Use an ACD (auto answer) phone system for high-volume intake of inbound, pre-screened phone leads daily while working remotely
- Work an assigned shift with strong schedule adherence
- Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls to educate families about customized senior care options and find the best matches for their needs
- Provide guidance and support to deliver a great family experience using empathy, grace, and a consultative approach
- Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Reach daily production benchmarks (inbound calls and outbound return calls) using an ACD [auto answer] phone system
- Refer families to communities and schedule tours to drive move-ins
