Summary
Join our team as a Growth Marketing & Collections Specialist! This role blends digital marketing expertise with a foundational understanding of U.S. debt collections. You will manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, optimize SEO, and drive qualified leads through sales funnels, all while maintaining CRM hygiene and compliance. Proficiency in HubSpot is essential. The position requires 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO and inbound methodology, along with collections experience. Remote work is offered with flexible hours (8 am - 6 pm CST).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and inbound methodology
- Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with KPIs and performance metrics
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO-driven strategies to boost organic traffic and lead generation
- Optimize website, blog posts, and landing pages for search engine visibility and conversion
- Manage and refine ad campaigns (Google Ads, FB, LinkedIn, other social media), including retargeting initiatives
- Collaborate on content planning and digital assets that support lead generation goals
- Respond to inbound inquiries through HubSpot and guide prospects through the buyerβs journey
- Improve and maintain email automation, form logic, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and implement A/B testing strategies to improve results
- Coordinate follow-up communication (email, SMS, phone) to drive engagement and close rates
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve marketing and sales pipelines within HubSpot
- Ensure accurate contact segmentation, deal tracking, and reporting processes
- Create insightful dashboards and reports that measure campaign and sales effectiveness
- Support data hygiene practices and enforce consistent usage of CRM fields and properties
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications
- Understanding of the U.S. collections, finance and communications industries (FDCPA, CFPB, FCC, etcβ¦)
- Experience with outbound sales tactics or support in a digital or financial services setting
